By buying or downloading a guide from Clear Mind Club, you agree to these terms.

What you are buying

A digital PDF, delivered as an instant download. There is no physical item and nothing is shipped. The page count, contents and format are stated on each product page before you buy.

What the guides are

Educational material. A guide is not a diagnosis, not therapy, and not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Nothing in a guide is personalised to your situation. If something in your life is persistent, severe, or affecting your daily functioning, please speak to a doctor or a mental health professional. If you may be in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line.

We take accuracy seriously and cite our sources, but we cannot promise a particular outcome for any individual reader.

How you may use them

Your purchase is a licence for personal use. You may read the file, print a copy for yourself, and keep it on your own devices.

You may not resell it, share the file or its download link publicly, upload it to file-sharing or course platforms, use it to train machine learning models, or reproduce substantial parts of it in your own work. Short quotations with credit are fine.

The text, layout and illustrations remain the property of Clear Mind Club.

Delivery and access

The download link appears at checkout and is emailed to you. Once you have saved the file it is yours to keep. There is no subscription and nothing expires. Download links themselves may be limited in number or time to prevent abuse. If yours stops working, email us and we will send a new one.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Shopify's payment providers. We never see or store your card details.

If something goes wrong

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the guide.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the day of your purchase.
